Direction and Conditions for Refund

 

 

 •      Customer should contact us at support@worldvitaminsonline.com within 45 days of purchase. Please provide order  

         information.

 

 •       We will then issue a RMA No. (Return Merchandise Authorization) along with shipping instructions.

 

 •      The customer must contact and ship the product within 45 days of the date the product was ordered. We do not

         accept open product.

                

 •      The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 •      A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product.

 

 •      We never charge a re-stocking fee.

 

 

Packages received by World Vitamins Online after 45 days or without a RMA No. will not be refunded. This is also true for opened product. These packages will be discarded and can not be returned to the customer.

 

Cancelled Orders

 

Orders cancelled by the customer before they are shipped will be refunded promptly. Customers cancelling after product has been shipped will use the above procedure.
