Domestic Orders

 

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt. Our domestic shipping charge is $5.95 flat rate up to $99.00. Domestic orders over $99.00 will be shipped for free.

 

International Orders

 

World Vitamins Online ships internationally to most countries. We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $24.00 ( U.S.).

 

International customers must check with their own countries regulations to make sure the products are acceptable by their customs. We are not responsible if products are rejected by customs. Orders usually reach their destination within 7-10 business days.

 

Occasionally, items will go on backorder. Items not on backorder will be shipped immediately. Backordered items will be shipped when they become available at no additional shipping costs to the customer.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.

 

If a credit card is declined we will contact the customer by email. There will be a $25.00 charge for all fraudulent charge backs.

 

Returns

 

All items shipped by World Vitamins Online come with a 45-day money back guarantee from the date the product was ordered. The customer must contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) before returning the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
